Cloud computing and data analysis into enterprise IT investment focus

Research shows that cloud computing has become the focus of emerging IT investments. When asked about which it technology to invest, 40% of respondents mentioned cloud computing. The proportion of respondents who chose business process automation and data analysis was 46% and 41%, respectively.

The report notes that companies are increasingly recognizing the advantages of cloud computing, and in the September 2011 survey, the proportion of respondents who chose to invest in cloud computing ranked fourth, well below the three other technologies. In this survey, the number of respondents who chose cloud computing was close to those polled who chose data analysis and business intelligence.

Enterprise investment in it will become more and more big. In the 2012, it technology for business process automation, data analysis and business intelligence were the first to be invested. The survey also talked about hiring trends in midsize enterprises. The report notes that in the 2012, corporate recruitment slowed, and executives were more willing to upgrade the capacity of hired employees rather than hire new employees.

The survey involved 528 senior American executives.
