The resource allocation within AP coverage is dependent on the transmission scheduling of Internet link empty area, which affects the downloading performance, and the existing literatures often isolate the two. In order to improve the performance of the download, the two as a whole, from the perspective of global optimization To investigate the efficiency of content downloads, and form it into the resource allocation problem of non conflict scheduling with the largest amount of downloaded data. But, on the basis of proving that the problem is NP difficult, a resource allocation approximation algorithm (JAS) is proposed to solve the problem by combining the transfer schedule of the link void area. This algorithm models the spatial-temporal change of link between the whole link void area nodes into the topological diagram sequence, and constructs its transmission conflict graph sequence based on this. , the Resource allocation node set is optimized based on graph sequence calculation in AP communication coverage area in order to reach the extension of AP communication range, The purpose of filling the void of Internet links. The simulation results show that the JAS algorithm significantly improves the success rate of file downloading and transmission compared with the existing methods. In addition, the related factors affecting content downloading performance are analyzed.
