Before I was 20 years old, I was already in the retail business of operating online. Recently, I created a website, no prior to any finalized partners, 9 months after I sold 500000 Yuan. Now, I'm 23 years old, and when I was 16 I was already trying to innovate in business.
Let's go
Believe that for those who have entrepreneurial dreams, the greatest gift you can give yourself is to start your business early. Branson once said, "Do it, move it!" It's that simple.
You need to throw away your doubts for a while. This is exactly what I did when I created the website described above. During that time, when I started to act, it became a gamble. It may succeed, it may fail, but that is not the point. If I fail, I may lose the 5000 yuan that I invested in at the beginning. In addition, the only thing lost is my precious time, but thankfully, during this time, I was something, and did not idle away.
Don't rush to get financing from investors. In fact, don't let others join you on this "entrepreneurial journey" for the first few months of your start-up.
You see, an entrepreneur's "entrepreneurial Journey" is a lonely journey. We are different from ordinary people, we have to endure the pressure of entrepreneurial process, but also need to withstand the loneliness of entrepreneurship.
If you get investors or other people to join your startup too early, it will only bring you more stress:
-You need to consider the rewards for investors
-You need to prove to them that your entrepreneurial ideas are right.
-You also need to let them understand your company's vision
And these are unnecessary.
Forget about the financing, the employees, you don't need these.
As I said before, I only used 5000 yuan to create this site. Now, I could have used my existing funds to recruit some employees or rent a good office for the company, but I didn't. I don't rent an office, I don't hire staff. I am in charge of everything. I just need to go out and door-to-door to negotiate with a company and sign a contract. Remember, we are a group buying website. Therefore, we must line up to expand customers, support the operation of the website.
So, after signing the contract, I ran home to do follow-up work myself.
In my company, I have done every job myself. Responsible for courier, in charge of passenger service. I'm really in charge of everything, every job before I hire an employee.
The company will grow only if you do a good job of doing every need.
When you are really familiar with each job, each link, you can not delegate other people to do, this time, you need to do is constantly tell yourself: I do it myself!
I know it sounds a little weird because we do have the money to recruit more professional staff, but we choose to do it and I think it's the right choice for a capital-starved start-up.
What should we do now?
Frankly, it depends on your actual situation, but you may feel that you have no experience and not enough money, which is really bad, right?
No. You can learn some skills such as PS, video effects, or Internet work (these are free).
You can work for a while, save some money, and then invest in your business. According to my suggestion, do not accept investment prematurely, do not hire anyone. Devote your passion to work day and night. Then sell at 100 times times the price you put in, or continue your business.
Or you can work with a reseller or distributor, create a blog, and write a blog every day to get a large audience. These listeners will be your potential clients. Recommend the products they need for the audience, or recommend your own.
