How do I install a program through proxy? After you open the Java Web Start, set the edit->preferences->network settings option. The order is as follows:

Offline use:

Open the Java Web Start (javaws) and select Launch Offline (offline startup). To establish a shortcut for offline startup, choose Install Shortcuts (install shortcut).
