Beijing time November 7 Morning News, The Gathering Time (NASDAQ:YY) today in the third quarter of fiscal year 2013 report disclosed that the company's chief technology Officer (CTO) Zhaobin will leave at the end of this year.

Zhaobin will start a new company in California after his departure and will be a non-controlling shareholder in the new company. The new company will focus on the development of new products and services and may be used for the future international expansion of the gathering era.
