Beijing time December 20 Morning news, a hi-rent car Executive vice President Cai Lihong (Leo Cai) said in a Bloomberg telephone interview today that Ctrip would buy a 20% stake in a car rental. Last August, Ctrip launched an online self-service car rental service, with a hi-car rental, A.V.I. and other rental companies.

In response to the capital injection of Ctrip, Cai Lihong said: "A car will use the money to buy vehicles, hire people, and increase the number of stores."

Official information shows that a hi-car rental was founded in January 2006, mainly for individuals and business users to provide comprehensive car rental services, is China's first to achieve e-commerce management of the car rental enterprises. The company is headquartered in Shanghai, in nearly 70 cities nationwide opened more than 400 outlets, now has more than 80 kinds of models of more than 10,000 vehicles.
