Earnings showed that Ctrip's net profit to shareholders in the quarter was 193 million yuan (about 31 million U.S. dollars), down 24% per cent, net revenue of 1.1 billion yuan (about 177 million USD), and 19% per cent year-on-year.

Excluding equity incentive payments (not in accordance with US general accounting standards), Ctrip's operating profit for the quarter was 234 million yuan (about 38 million U.S. dollars), down 28% from a year earlier.

Ctrip's net revenue for the quarter was 1.1 billion yuan (about 177 million U.S. dollars), an increase of 19% per cent year-on-year. Ctrip previously expected net revenue for the fourth quarter to rise 15% to 20% year-on-year.
Ctrip's gross profit margin for the quarter was 74%, down from 76% a year earlier.

Ctrip's net profit, which was attributable to shareholders in the quarter, was 193 million yuan (about 31 million U.S. dollars), down 24% per cent year-on-year. Excluding equity incentive payments (not in accordance with US GAAP), Ctrip's net profit to shareholders in the quarter was 306 million yuan (about 49 million U.S. dollars), down 12% per cent year-on-year.
Ctrip the U.S. depository receipts for each share of the quarter was 1.38 yuan (about 0.22 U.S. dollars). Excluding equity incentive payments (not in accordance with US general accounting standards), Ctrip the U.S. depository receipts for each share of the quarter is 2.17 yuan (about 0.35 U.S. dollars).
Ctrip the equity award in the quarter of 114 million yuan (about 18 million U.S. dollars), in net revenue accounted for 10%, equivalent to the U.S. depository receipts per share of the expenditure of RMB 0.80 yuan (about 0.13 U.S. dollars).

Ctrip's fourth-quarter holiday revenues were 166 million yuan (about 27 million US dollars), up 27% per cent year-on-year, down 26% from the previous quarter.
