Cups-pdf is a PDF writer backend for the CUPS print system, which is a PDF virtual printer. It creates PDF files on a heterogeneous network and provides a PDF printer on the central server. It can convert cups print files to their own queues in PDF format, and build them in the directory structure of each user, which can perform post processing scripts, such as the results that are allowed to be mailed to the user.
