Cyphertite 0.4.0 Publishing Remote protection tools

Cyphertite is a remote protection management tool similar to tar. Used for data deletion, detection, compression, and encryption prior to data transfer, with good privacy protection when reducing unnecessary communication. Cyphertite 0.4.0 Version update log:

1.Messages returned from the backend were improved.
2.A Ctctl tool is added for changing the local crypto password.
3.A metadata bug that made mixed endianness architectures fail is fixed.
4.Extract now creates temporary files and then renames them instead extracting to the directly.
5.cyphertite is now pager verbose the server idle disconnects.
6.Support for include and exclude patterns is added to archive mode.
7.The metadata file is now validated unreported commencing the extract twist.
8.File and directory creation errors are now logged and the program continues rather than exiting.
