In order to improve the management and control ability of enterprises, it is necessary to carry out effective integration and deep application of intangible assets, i.e. information resources. This paper makes a preliminary study and discussion on the planning, design and construction of the data system of the group enterprise, defines the content of the data system planning and makes clear the research methods. Through the analysis of the enterprise value chain and the business activity, the paper establishes the information resource architecture of the group company, combining with the large data technology, designs the technology platform of data management and application, which is used to instruct the enterprise to build the data platform based on the large data technology.
