Syntax: array localtime ([int timestamp [, BOOL is_associative]])

Description:

LocalTime () Returns a combined array, the first parameter of LocalTime () is a timestamp, and if not given, the current time is used, and if the second argument is set to 0 or if the parameter is not supplied, a normal array is returned, representing the index value of the array in numbers. If set to 1 then localtime () returns a combined array containing individual structured elements, the following are the names of the individual elements of the combined array:

"Tm_sec"-seconds

"Tm_min"-min

"Tm_hour"-When

"Tm_mday"-Days of the month

"Tm_mon"-months of the year

"Tm_year"-year, not submissive IYCC

"Tm_wday"-Days of the week
