According to the agreement, Dell will be in the sale of Google Android and Chrome hardware devices to the Microsoft to pay royalties. Two companies will cross-authorize Android and Chrome devices. Most large handset makers, including Samsung, LG and HTC, have already reached such a patent licensing agreement with Microsoft. Motorola Mobility, the original Google brand, was the last large handset maker to reach such an agreement with Microsoft, mainly because Motorola Mobility itself holds a large number of important patents. These patents are now incorporated into Lenovo, along with Motorola Mobility.
