Dell's highly integrated new datacenter solution

In the IT industry, integration, as the name suggests, is the integration of a number of technical equipment to create a mutual association, in order to enhance it efficiency. Recently, Dell has enthusiastically launched its new high integration Blade data Center solution.

Dell says its data center solution integration integrates Dell's product line technologies, including servers, storage, and networking. Payne added that in Dell's traditional approach, network and server parts have been integrated into the blade array, and storage is not integrated. In this storage, Dell is currently able to integrate four storage arrays up to 56TB of storage in the blade chassis. The Dell EqualLogic Storage array can be used outside the blade chassis to provide more scalability as needed.

Overall, Dell's latest data center solution can consolidate 16 blades, 4 storage arrays and 40,000 Gigabit switch Force10. The Force10 team, purchased by Dell last year, has merged with Dell to integrate blade solutions in servers and storage groups. The FORCE10 switch can handle transmission problems from inside and outside the blade chassis.
