DELTAQT is a cross-platform c++++ class and Delta file parsing function (DEscription Language for Taxonomy Taxonomy Description Language). Supporting data for all major Delta Directive plans, supporting rich-text formatting in comments, comments, and descriptions, and supporting all data defined in the Delta directive to be parsed into memory.

DELTAQT 0.4.1 This version fixes multiple errors. Added test compare input file output, validate data output matching input data from DELTAQT parsing. The implementation of all the "core" functions.
