Design and implementation of hospital data center system based on Hadoop

This paper first completes the Hospital Data Center system development, then taking the electronic medical record system as an example, the paper realizes the high-speed reading and storing of the structured data in the data center, and takes the PACs as an example, realizes the high speed storage and reading of the unstructured data in the data center, and implements the recommendation engine algorithm on the machine learning platform. The data center system of the hospital based on the Hadoop distributed framework has the characteristics of low implementation cost, safe and reliable data storage, easy expansion of the system, fast data read and write speed, and strong computational ability. The data center system and the existing hospital clinical information system can be integrated seamlessly, providing the hospital with the high speed storage of structured data and unstructured data. On the basis of data centralized storage, using the powerful computing ability of Hadoop cluster, the machine learning platform of large data is constructed, and the information behind data is mined to provide clinical decision support for doctors. The system solves the problem of hospital data storage, which makes the hospital more informative, integrated and intelligent, and promotes the development of hospital informatization.
