The research content of the paper is based on the National Digital Learning Engineering Technology Research Center cloudstreaming peer-to-peer Streaming media system, with OpenStack open source cloud platform as the support, the "p2p+ cloud computing" This new architecture model is discussed, and the design and implementation of Peer-to-peer streaming media platform based on cloud computing is carried out. First of all, the system uses Peer-to-peer streaming media technology, through the video fragmentation, reorganization, the realization of video playback streaming transmission. Enables users to view live video while also providing other users with locally cached video content, thereby enabling a larger user concurrent access. Secondly, the Alto application Layer flow optimization technique is adopted in the content distribution, and the application layer flow is optimized by providing the network information of the resource provider to the nodes of the application layer. Finally, the reliability and scalability of the system are improved by using OpenStack cloud platform, which can be adjusted dynamically according to the development and change of the business. The experimental results show that the whole system uses the open design scheme, has the flexible expansion ability, facilitates many kinds of large-scale expansion which is irrelevant to the upper application in the future, supports the multi-level, the cluster deployment, thus provides a new idea for the solution of the network video transmission problem in the large data age.
