In order to adapt to the rapid development of information technology and Internet, the small and medium-sized enterprises need to develop the OA system adapting to their personalized requirements, meanwhile, it is necessary to reduce the operation and maintenance cost of the system effectively. New ideas to design and implement OA system. The system uses the Google Cloud computing platform as the development founding, using the key technologies such as object mapping, data persistence and so on, designed and implemented a small and medium-sized enterprise, customizable service, based on Google App Engine SaaS Mode OA system. In practical application, OA system is deployed in the form of SaaS service in public cloud platform, and the service coordination technology based on message-driven service module is used to realize the interoperability between different modules in OA traffic. System has been tested to provide services for a enterprise, The operation is stable at present. Through the actual application results of this project, it is shown that the OA system based on cloud platform can improve the reliability of the system and the security of data storage, realize the sharing and dynamic adjustment of the hardware resources, and reduce the operation and maintenance cost and upgrade the advanced technology by the flexible deployment. At the same time, it lays a technical foundation for the scalability of SME business.
