File management has always been an important subject in the field of computer science. Especially in recent years, with the popularization and deepening of Internet application in various fields, it is more urgent to implement an application which can manage files online on the internet, which is one of the important branches of file management. With the advent of Web2.0 and cloud computing era, online file management has become the focus of people's attention, which is of great significance to the development of Internet file management. This paper mainly discusses how to use computer technology, Management science, software engineering and social network methods to study the existing document management system and methods at home and abroad. From the point of view of software engineering, the system requirement analysis is carried out, which covers the requirements of new file, storage, acquisition, modification and security. From system security, file circulation, social relations and other aspects of the design of the corresponding modules, in the traditional file management methods to a certain degree of innovation, the development of a cloud platform based social file management system, and the single sign-on system, information management mode, fault system and so do in-depth research. This system uses the PHP technology to realize the system backstage management operation, uses the HTML, the CSS, the JavaScript and so on the Web technology to complete the foreground display, uses the MySQL database management system to store the related file and the user information, and realizes the database the access as well as the modification. Finally, this paper verifies and tests the online multi-user, secure PHP online Social file management system, which shows that the system can meet the requirements of basic Internet file management, and adds social function on this basis, which makes file management more convenient and efficient, and obtains good results.
