By analyzing the IO transmission defect of IaaS virtualization platform, combining with the large number of document data transmission requirements in the research of Chinese Medicine Atlas, this paper studies the limitation of Chinese Medicine Atlas file system to the virtual platform migration, and compares the existing solutions, A file PAAs model is proposed to strip the file IO load from the application system through a business layering approach. The model decomposes file IO-intensive applications into UI service tiers, business logic tiers, data transfer tiers, and Datastore tiers, and UI services and business logic can be easily deployed in the IaaS virtualization platform. The data transmission layer and the storage layer can realize the service of file management, storage transmission and so on through the PAAs File service platform, in addition, the third party secure access access is realized by means of the internal random encryption token. Through this model, it is difficult to solve the problem of large data transmission efficiency in the process of traditional Chinese medicine mapping in the cloud computing environment, which provides efficient and safe solution for the transformation of the Atlas analysis system to the cloud computing environment.
