A recent survey by Frank CoreNet Global and Newmark Knight shows that in spite of the growing cloud computing, half of the companies are investing in a long-term plan to create and expand data centers that manage data centers as corporate entities.

Surveys show that companies are most concerned with risk management and business continuity when conducting data center siting. As a result, most companies prefer to maintain data center maintenance management internally rather than outsource functionality. Bryan Loewen, senior general manager of

Newmark Knight Frank Global Services Data Center, notes: "The data center has entered the digital age, equivalent to driving the engine room of today's global network company." Reliable, secure, sustainable, and efficient data center operation has become a critical factor for corporate earnings in today's and future e-business areas.

Survey, Two-thirds (62%) of respondents from 30 TNCs stressed that they would choose Low-risk areas to create data centers. With access to high-speed fibre-optic networks, most (52%) of respondents also see surplus energy as a key factor in site selection. The two major drivers of

Open Data centers are the lack of existing capabilities (48%) and corporate Growth (47%). The adoption of LEED-certified equipment and outsourced operations is still low, according to the

Joint Inspection. For example, only 5% of LEED certification centers are the primary criteria for locating data centers. And the vast majority of people (57%) believe that LEED-certified and rented data centers are valuable for future development.

at the same time, few companies (6%) outsource entire data center computing to the cloud. Almost One-fourth (24%) do not use clouds at all. On the contrary, nearly three-fourths of companies (71%) say that at least some of the data centers are outsourced to the cloud. However, nearly one-third of companies (29%) have expressed the desire to use outsourced partners to master future data center needs.

Surveys show that companies are also gradually mergingCombine their data centers with some of the main concerns:

    relocation costs (32%)

    disaster-fix Restrictions (26%)

     Technical Facilities upgrades required (26%)

    Future Rental Center increase (5%)

power Growth and expansion restrictions (5)

    Cooling capacity growth limit (5%)

Power Usage (PUE) is also the strategic focus of most data centers. Survey participants presented various ways to improve their pue, including:

    Leveraging dedicated cooling infrastructure

    Increasing it load efficiency

increase control capabilities to improve efficiency

    Improve server usage

Buy more efficient equipment/More expertly measure current equipment
