Beijing time June 8 Evening News, according to foreign media reports, Sun announced today, the company's board of Directors Special Committee has approved a special shareholder meeting on July 16, the adoption of Sun, Oracle and its wholly-owned subsidiary of the merger agreement to vote. Sun has submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission today a final shareholder statement in connection with the merger agreement, which can be obtained from the Sun website Www.sun.com/investors and will be mailed to the special shareholder meeting on July 10, together with the shareholder's letter of Entrustment (July 5)　　Registered shareholder after closing. The special shareholder meeting will be held 10 o'clock in the morning Pacific Time July 16, at the Santa Clara Sun Headquarters Auditorium in California, USA.
