The theme of this report is "Building it new ecology", IT industry is the most innovative and dynamic industry, IT industry includes electronic information, software, communication, network and other major categories, at present, with large data, cloud computing, mobile Internet for the region's rapid development of information technology, it and finance, telecommunications, transportation, Logistics and other areas of in-depth integration, to promote the social and economic development of various industries, big change, great innovation, IT industry has gone beyond the definition of meaning, to lead a new pattern of tolerance, openness, innovation, collaboration, we call it a new ecology.

This report collects and collates a lot of information in the industry, investigates and visits many enterprises in the industry, consults more than 30 experts, gathers the wisdom of the People, examines the new progress, new bright points and new trends of the development of China's IT industry, and reports divided into two parts:

Part II China's IT outlook for the 2013 and the next few years
