Sina Science and technology news Beijing time August 30, digital media solution provider DG has agreed to buy Limelight NX's video and rich media advertising company Eyewonder with about 66 million dollars in cash. Founded in 1999, Eyewonder offers a range of interactive advertising products and services for Fortune 1000 companies and global marketers, including online video and rich media solutions. Limelight bought Eyewonder at a price of 110 million dollars in 2009. Limelight also announced a stock repurchase plan in Tuesday.　　The company has adjusted its 2011 third-quarter earnings forecasts according to Eyewonder's deal. DG said the company expects Eyewonder to generate 36 million to 37 million dollars of revenue this year. The deal is expected to be completed by September 1, 2011, but it still needs to meet certain conditions. DG Services more than 5,000 advertisers and advertising agencies in the United States, Canada and Europe, and the company's Internet sector currently includes companies such as MediaMind, Eyewonder and unicast.
