According to the introduction, the digital transformation partner action will focus on solving the problems of small, medium and micro enterprises "will not transfer, cannot transfer, and dare not transfer", and will continue to exert efforts in three aspects. The second is to highlight the co-building ecology, issue transformation guidelines, strengthen evaluation services, build a typical example from enterprise digitization to industry chain digitization, open up the transformation chain, and improve transformation capabilities. The third is to highlight win-win cooperation and create a "virtual industrial park" and "virtual industrial cluster" based on cyberspace, and encourage leading companies to drive upstream and downstream enterprises to promote the digital sharing of market orders, R & D and design, production capacity, and marketing channels to improve transformation efficiency. .
