This paper first defines the intelligent city and its key capabilities, analyzes the key technologies such as Internet of things and cloud computing, and then puts forward the general frame of Intelligent City, gives the network topology of Intelligent city Information system and the functional technical framework of each layer, and finally puts forward some suggestions on the development of intelligent City construction technology and policy
