First of all, I would like to represent the Ministry of Industry, Information Promotion Division for today's summit, express warm congratulations.

As we all know, cloud computing is now the hottest buzzword. Then in the new round of information technology changes, we suddenly discovered that cloud computing is the most representative of this round of information technology change, the most far-reaching impact of a technological change. is also highly valued at all levels of the country. In particular, the Central Committee and the State Council have taken cloud computing as a strategic emerging industry to promote development. The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Ministry of Information also promulgated the relevant promotion policy.

Therefore, I believe that with the full impetus of the industry and the government, cloud computing will have significant development. Take this opportunity, I also talk about some cloud computing feeling, count my speech.

I think that in the new round of information and communication technology changes, the impact of cloud computing is the most far-reaching, most general, the most fundamental. I think there are four major impacts.

First, at the technical level, cloud computing is a new development of a distributed computing architecture that simplifies the technology system to three segments that everyone can understand. I call it cloud + broadband + terminal, forming a simple technical framework. The architecture of these three paragraphs, each part is now an IT vendors, ICT vendors to compete for the focus. We see a lot of news, sometimes in the clouds of contention, sometimes in the broadband competition, there are many in the terminal for contention. Second, in terms of industry, the information industry is undergoing fundamental changes. The most important thing is two points. First, the concentration of industry will be further improved. Our company can do more and more, the user more, the global distribution. Therefore, the promotion of industrial concentration, but also the trend towards monopoly development. I feel that in the case of further improvement of the industry, we begin to form the industrial chain competition mode of leading Enterprises + SME cluster. Third, for users, cloud computing brings us a lot of convenience. We can use it on demand, use it by volume, check it, lower the threshold, and shorten the time we use modern technology. The use of cloud computing ideas, technology architecture and implementation, can greatly reduce the cost of ICT enterprises, improve efficiency.

Fourth, we see the high development of cloud computing and the challenges of regulation and social responsibility. Information security, then, is a major challenge. Monopolies and fair competition are also a major challenge to government regulation. The protection of personal privacy and the protection of business secrets have become a regulatory challenge for the government in the era of cloud computing.
