Droper 0.4.0 release Symbian Dropbox client

Droper is a http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/17028.html ">symbian Dropbox client that allows Dropbox users to access and modify their own sync files and folders.

The Droper 0.4.0 version is rewritten to better support s60v3 devices (not touch devices) and better integrate with Symbian, which no longer supports desktop platforms. Added an option to get the Dropbox referral link. Added an option to the public folder to get the public link.
