At the same time, corporate online procurement and online sales accounted for total purchases and sales of more than 50% and 20% respectively. The networked supply chain synergy ability of large enterprises is basically established, and the global business synergy ability of some industry leading enterprises is formed preliminarily. The number of small and medium-sized enterprises that use electronic commerce regularly reaches more than 60%. Network retail turnover exceeded 3 trillion yuan, accounting for the total retail sales of consumer goods in the proportion of more than 9%. Mobile E-commerce transactions and the number of users reached the global leading level. The service level of e-commerce has significantly improved, and a number of E-commerce enterprises and service brands with international influence have emerged.
Planning proposed that the overall goal of e-commerce "Twelve-Five" Development is: by 2015, the further popularization and deepening of E-commerce, the contribution to the national economy and social development has significantly improved. The proportion of electronic commerce in modern service industry has obviously increased. The system of electronic commerce is basically sound, which forms a safe and credible and orderly network business environment.
Ministry of Industry officials said that the current development of E-commerce in China there are still some more prominent problems. First, the role of electronic commerce in promoting the innovation and development of traditional production and management model has not been fully exerted, and the contribution potential to economic transformation and value creation has not been fully revealed. Second, E-commerce business model is not yet mature, service capacity has yet to be enhanced, service level to be improved, the scope of services to be expanded. Thirdly, the system environment of e-commerce development is not perfect, the relevant laws and regulations are lagging behind, the public service and market supervision should be strengthened, the development of credit system needs to be enhanced, the online infringement of intellectual property rights and counterfeiting fake commodities, malicious fraud, illegal crimes and so on, network transaction disputes are difficult To some extent, it has influenced people's confidence in the development of electronic commerce.
