Dr. Fan: I think it's very appropriate. Because the concept of the cloud is to meet customer demand through the form of service. But the infrastructure is needed to deliver this service, but as cloud service requirements evolve, there may be a change in the organization of the datacenter, which is why we propose a new virtual datacenter concept. We feel that in these 5-10 years, the data center will be very great changes, VMWARE, Cisco and EMC recently launched a concept, may appear 21st century supercomputer, like Transformers. But unlike previous IBM mainframes, all of their devices are IBM's and incompatible with other vendors ' products. And our new virtual data center, architecture and the previous mainframe, but mutually compatible, can use different manufacturer's thing, make the virtual data center different node, the whole structure can have many compute node (CPU), have a lot of memory node, have a lot of storage node, connect by network, through the virtualized operating system, Can make each pool on demand, for application services. For example, the database needs how much CPU resources, how much storage resources, how much memory resources, put together into a virtual machine to provide database services, so that resources can be optimized for use, and not like now, each server has a lot of wasted resources, consumed resources.

Reporter: At that time enterprise business will have a qualitative change?

Dr. Fan: I think the final service is customer demand, customer demand is gradually evolving, but in order to better meet customer demand, the entire infrastructure will have a qualitative change. Both EMC and VMware, or our partner Cisco, want to make it possible for us to provide more services to our customers in an infrastructure change.
