Definitions and usage
<address> label defines the contact information for the author or owner of the document.
If the <address> element is inside the <article> element, it represents the contact information for the author or owner of the article.

Differences between HTML 4.01 and HTML 5
HTML 4.01 does not support <article> tags, so in HTML 4.01 <address> tags always define contact information for the author or owner of the document.
Tips and Comments:
Note: You should not use the <address> tag to describe postal addresses unless the information is part of the contact information.
Note:<address> elements are usually rendered italic. Most browsers add line wraps around the element.
