Set a date to go forward when you go through adversity, I think the most important first step is to be conscious of when you should go ahead and enforce settings. If you miss a big client, fail a promotion, or fail to build a key partnership, the first thing you need to do to move forward is to let go. In the 2006 Olympics, when I experienced the biggest failure in my professional skiing career, I gave myself 48 hours to forget what had happened. No one can communicate with me because my mind is replaying everything that leads to it. I let myself vent my sadness in any way that I feel comfortable. But after 48 hours, the window closed and I let myself move on. 2, not too much emphasis on winning and losing people live will always experience winning and losing, this is normal. The world champion has the love and admiration, and the feeling of winning is wonderful. But I believe that the most happy and successful athletes and executives are able to calmly face the highs and lows and not let them have an impact on their confidence. When things don't work out as you expect, understand that this may be more than just your personal reasons. The situation or result may have been completely out of your control and you have not been able to handle it freely. While this may not be in tune with investors ' ideas, it lets you focus on important things like products and customers. Satisfy your inner thoughts external incentives such as power, money, and fame can be the goal of your efforts, while intrinsic motivation is more focused on personal growth, giving back to society and learning new things. Extrinsic motivation makes you inclined to measure your value on the basis of other people's evaluations. However, this is a game that you will never win. There will always be people who have more, smarter, and loved ones than you. I'm not sure what the source of happiness is, but I know the source of the failure: you always try to impress everyone. For entrepreneurs, you don't have to focus too much on the end result, but rather focus on the business elements that you can control: building a great team, positive corporate culture and thinking leadership. 4. Build your mental toughness do you think your spiritual strength is strong? It is difficult to answer, because there is no standard for the strength of the spirit. I found a truth in my life that my inner strength was in line with my current state of life. I tend to be more powerful when I go through adversity because I have to train part of the brain to overcome obstacles. On the contrary, sometimes in life, when I feel comfortable, the mental toughness will be weaker. I think it's very important to exercise our brains to build resilience in this iterative process. To do this, I am willing to give up my 30 days in a row will not be tired of things. You can also spend 30 minutes a day learning a new skill. This may be a physical skill such as a mental skill like meditation or karate. The point is that you spend 30 minutes a day doing whatever you choose. Remember these suggestions at the same time, remember that success is never linear, it always has peaks and troughs. Failure will play an important role in the process of achieving your goals.
