Ericsson (Nasdaq:eric) announced today that it had reached an agreement with Providence equity partner companies (Providence Equity Partners, LLC) and the US Warburg Pincus Investment Group (Warburg Pincus) Will buy all of Telcordia's stake in 1.15 billion dollars.
