Experts: Cloud will make Microsoft and other inevitable use of open source

While some organizations worry about other people using their own technology (such as Rackspace's cloudstack and red-cap Deltacloud), OCI is concerned about confirming that the cloud is open to its users. Ramji said that OCI had so far proposed two basic concepts: access and exit without obstacles and the same for users of the service.
