During the more than 30 years of reform and opening up, especially during the "Eleven-Five" period, under the correct leadership of the party Central Committee and the State Council, we adhere to the reform and opening-up innovation, after millions of coal miners hard work and selfless dedication, the coal industry has made great strides in development. However, the existing problems in China's coal industry can not be neglected, such as the overall low resource security, the problem of resource allocation is not optimized, the unreasonable phenomenon of industrial structure, the increasing environmental resource constraints, the occurrence of heavy accidents, the widespread failure of coal market, and the relative weakening of industry management.　　With the construction of modern energy industry system project speed up, if not solve these problems as soon as possible, will inevitably affect the process of speeding up the transformation of economic development mode, we must recognize the situation, raise awareness, positive action, accelerate the transformation of coal economic development mode. Changing the mode of coal economy development is the most important part of the whole country changing the way of economic development. We should make full use of the favorable situation that the coal economy continues to be good, push forward and play the battle well.
