Extended Module player 3.4.0 publishing the command line

Extended Module Player 3.4.0 This version adds support for MED2 modules and MED4 synthesizer, along with a number of bug fixes, including the MED4 and OctaMED module rates, IT215 compression sample loading, Startrekkerpacker module loading, mapping instrument portamento effects, audacious plug-in collisions, OSS and ALSA driver improvements.
