China Mengniu Dairy Co., Ltd. (HKEX code: 02319 hereinafter referred to as Mengniu) yesterday evening announced that the company appointed gaoning, Xubo, Ma Jianping and Fang Fang as Non-executive director of the company. In addition to Fang, Gaoning, Xubo and Ma Jianping are all from Cofco group.　　Among them, Gaoning is now the chairman of Cofco Group Limited and COFCO Group (Hong Kong) Limited, Xubo is president of Cofco Group Co., Ltd. and director of COFCO Group (Hong Kong) Limited, Ma Jianping is director of strategy Department of Cofco Group Co., Ltd. Fang is currently chairman of Hopu Investment Management company and chairman of Goldman Sachs Gao Securities Co., Ltd.　　Prior to this, he has served as executive vice president of China International Finance Limited, executive president of BOC International Holdings Limited, and executive director of Industrial and Commercial East Asia Financial Holdings Limited. The Mengniu board also announced that Sun Yubin had resigned as executive director of the company.　　Sun Yubin in the dairy industry for nearly 30 years, for Mengniu entrepreneurial veteran.
