FFmpeg 0.10.3 Release multi-function conversion tool

FFmpeg is a tool that converts audio, video, and subtitles into a stream of open source computer programs. It contains the current industry-leading open source audio/video compiler libavcodec. It is composed of: Libavformat (audio and video packaging format generation and resolution), Libswscale (Fast video scaling), Libavfilter (Advanced video filtering system to support arbitrary filter chart), Libavutil (public utility function) and a simple multimedia 6186.html "> player, as well as live live experimental streaming server."

FFmpeg 0.10.3 This release fixes some security issues for use in 4XM taps, Avi demuxer, Cook decoder, mm demuxer, MPEGVideo decoder, Vqavideo decoder, and XMV Demuxer, and added dozens of important bug fixes.
