Firewall Builder 5.0.0 Release firewall configuration and management tools

Firewall Builder is a firewall platform composed of a http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/18378.html "> graphical user interface and various compilers, which is a multi-platform firewall configuration and management tool." It enables the user to maintain the object database and allows for editing using a simple drag-and-drop operation. The GUI and compiler are completely independent, which provides a different firewall platform for a consistent abstract model and GUI. It currently supports access lists for Iptables,ipfilter, Ipfw,openbsd PF, Cisco PIX,FWSM, and Cisco routers.

The Firewall Builder version 5.0.0 strengthens multiple graphical user interface features that support the configuration of new features, including user-defined subfolders, keyword-tagged objects, dynamic groups of smart filters, and so on. Other new features include support for the input PF profile and a new object type, called an additional network, which means that the network list is connected to a network interface.
