Fish sync 0.2 release file Sync Tool

Fish Sync is a file sync program. It can convert multiple folders between multiple machines and keep those folders synchronized. The Fish package does not need to be installed on each machine in the group, and can be synchronized only if installed on the starting machine. The program is divided into two parts, the first part is working in the background, and the other is the other front-end configuration tool to run on the server for GUI interface.
