How many percent of efficiency have you raised?

3. Your format applies only to your computer.

Not everyone uses the same word-processing program as you, which means your format may not be readable. Bullets disappear. The tabs were changed. Before you send your resume, check your resume for display in Microsoft Word programs, Open Office, Google Docs, and other popular programs. Formatting problems can make you look sloppy, even though your resume looks perfect when it's posted.

4. Too long or too short.

However, for resumes, there is no secret, perfect length. But if you're a newly graduated college student with a full two-page resume, it looks like you're a bit pretentious. If you squeeze your 15 experience into one page, it looks as if you haven't done anything. Scientists and academics need additional pages to list their published articles and writings. The key is to understand your industry standards and what the standards are in your work experience. The general guiding principle is that fresh graduates need only one page, experienced employees want two pages, and those who publish articles should attach pages.

5. You have a job search intention.

I've never--I mean literally--never seen a "job search intention" to help someone get a job. We know your purpose-to find a well-paid, working environment to help you learn and grow a good job, and so on. If you want to say something unique, write it in your cover letter, not on your resume. If a professional coach tells you to do this, fire him.
