Five mysteries to be solved in affordable new rules

Question one: How to deal with the rich before they are poor? Will the policy be "one-size-fits-all" for these owners?　　For example, most of the housing is far away from the city center, some owners because children go to school and other reasons, have to rent a suite in town to live, while the housing rental, the latter rent to "raise" the former, this situation how to do?　　Question five: Is it retroactive liquidation?
