This paper also makes a detailed analysis and research on the system design, platform architecture, function and non-functional requirement of the collaborative Office solution based on cloud computing, and gives the corresponding suggestions. In the aspect of business model, this paper expounds the business model of collaborative office based on cloud computing, including the structure model of business model and factor analysis. Through the analysis, summed up the business model based on cloud computing and traditional software business model between the different points and have advantages. Finally, the author uses the SWOT, pyramid model, Porter five-force model and other strategic analysis tools, in-depth analysis of the cloud based collaborative Office Solutions business model risks and opportunities.
