Dell wants to extend virtual desktop to cloud computing

The new simplified Daas uses a cloud based model that is stored in Dell's data center and accessed by end users through Desktone software.

Desktone CEO Peter McKay said: "This is a combination of a desktone platform, a service provider that provides cloud-based virtual desktops, and a combination of Dell's professional experience with end-user services and virtual desktops." ”
