According to foreign media reports, a hacker attacked the customer support service Zendesk this week, stealing e-mail addresses from Twitter, Tumblr and Pinterest users.

The Zendesk company said the hacker had not stolen the user's mailbox password, and the company had alerted the user to the alarm.

In a blog post in Thursday, Zendesk CEO Mickel Swani (Mikkel Svane) disclosed a security flaw in Zendesk software. After that, Twitter, Tumblr and Pinterest send alerts to the affected users via email.

While Zendesk declined to say which companies had been hacked, media outlets have disclosed the names of the affected companies that have been confirmed by email.

In addition to the user's e-mail address, the three social media company's support email subject line has been leaked. Tumblr warns that hackers may find their email addresses through their blogs because the topic bar may include their blog addresses.

A spokesman for Zendesk said he hoped more details would be disclosed as soon as possible, and a Pinterest spokesman said, "The authorities are investigating the matter." ”

Zendesk, based in San Francisco, has about 25,000 corporate users, including Vodafone and Disney.
