Supplemental Note: The Execute nntpget command downloads the article from the specified newsgroup server. The nntpget instruction reads the information identification code from the standard input device, while the downloaded news article is presented to the standard output device.

Parameters：
-d< Group Type list > Specify a list of newsgroup types as distribution.
-f< file or directory > download the change time is closer to the current news article than the specified file or directory.
-n< Group Name list > Specify a list of newsgroup names.
-O Downloads news articles that are not available on the local host.
-t< Time date > specified time and date, news articles updated by that date are downloaded.
