Function Description: Testing the host.

Supplemental Note: The ping command will use the ICMP transport protocol, send out the requested response information, if the remote host network function is not a problem, will be back to the information, and therefore know that the host operation is normal.

Parameters：
-D uses the So_debug function of the socket.
-c< Completion > Set the number of responses required to complete.
-F limit detection.
-i< interval seconds > Specifies the time interval between sending and receiving information.
-i< Network Interface > Use the specified network interface to send out packets.
-l< Pre-load > Sets the packets that are sent before the request information is sent.
-N outputs only values.
-p< Template styles > sets the template style that fills the packet.
-Q does not display instruction execution procedures, except for the beginning and ending information.
-R ignores the normal routing table and sends the packet directly to the remote host.
-R to record the routing process.
-s< Packet size > Set packet size.
-t< Survival value > Set the size of the Live value TTL.
-V details the execution of the instruction.
