There are two versions of Office 365: The Small Business version and the Enterprise version, with a monthly cost of 6 dollars or 5.25 euros per user for small businesses and companies with a staff of 25 people; for midsize and large enterprises and government agencies, each user needs only 2 dollars or 1.75 euros per month. The Office 365 Enterprise version also offers another option, the Office Professional Enhancements (Professional Plus) desktop software, with a monthly cost of $24 or € 22.75 per user.

Office 365 includes office, SharePoint online, Exchange online, and Lync Online components and provides real-time upgrade services for these components. Office 365 is compatible with most browsers, smartphones, and desktop applications, and you can use the service without changing the way you currently work.

In April this year, Microsoft extended the test coverage of Office 365 to 17 languages in 38 countries and regions, and the Office 365 official edition will be released for synchronization in more than 40 countries this month.
