Visual Studio 2013 Preview Support

Windows Azure SDK version 2.1, released today, adds support for the latest version of the Visual Studio 2013 preview. The 2.1 SDK can also be run in Visual Studio 2010 and Visual Studio 2012 and co-exist with the Windows Azure SDK 1.8 and 2.0 versions.
