"Oracle" 1.5 billion dollars to acquire cloud service provider RightNow

Oracle today announced the acquisition of a customer relationship management solution provider, Rightnowtechnologies, at around $1.5 billion trillion, providing a wider range of software and services.

Oracle said it bought the RightNow at $43 a share, up 19.6% from the 35.96 dollar price of the Friday rightnow closing.

The RightNow board has approved the deal, and Oracle is expected to complete the acquisition by the end of the year or early next year.

RightNow's main products are based on cloud computing, helping to manage customers ' problems and complaints.
