Oracle 5.3 Billion Dollar acquisition Micros completed in the second half of this year

According to news from the U.S. media, Oracle officially announced a 5.3 billion dollar cash acquisition of the hotel, catering and retail industry hardware and software integration solution provider Micros Bae. (Note: Oracle buys the company at $68 per share)
